A question about my Nikon?

I can not take pictures. I do not know if it is due to the memory card or because I'm doing something wrong with the camera. Not this is blinking / flashing. It has 3 letters (CHA). I have 3 memory cards and each time I put one on that says I can not use the memory card. When I put the card memory on the computer said it needed formatting. So I did. Nothing happened. Everything was fine one second and then when I was changing all that memory cards went downhill. I am very frustrated. Please someone help me! Or give me a phone number or email that can go. PLEASE HELP!

I think it says Human Rights Commission. I get the same error code with my D70. It is an error with the memory card, or connections to the card in the camera. When I get the error, pulling the card and put it back and seems to work a little. You have to repair it to get fixed.
