how big is the fuji s1730 compared to an everyday object?
I'm thinking about getting either this camera or the Nikon Coolpix L100, however I am concerned that both may be ridiculously small as I prefer a nice big thick, can anyone give me a comparison to how big they are in relation with everyday objects? or perhaps suggest a different, bigger camera for a similar price (up to £ 250 max) thanks x
Interesting requirement if they want all great, and £ 250 can buy a Bronica ETR Lens 80 mm, and back … not going to get much bigger while still being able to keep it handy. Of course I'm being obtuse here, the ETR is a great camera, but just a normal camera. That £ 250 now you can buy a digital SLR camera used, and terms of size dwarf superzoom cameras like the S1730 or L100, one of those will be the size (and weight) of three 330ml cans of Coke, compared with a 330 ml of the S1730 can. Remember the point of a covenant is that it is compact, and the point of a chunky camera is capable of having a larger sensor, now, as L100 and S1730 or have large sensors that are really getting the disadvantages of size SLR cameras and the sensor of the disadvantages of compact cameras.
