attaching my camera to a spotter scope.?
I have a nikon d3000 and was hoping to buy a draper spotter scope : http://www.charliesdirect.co.uk/products/draper-spotter-scope-with-tripod
I know that it is possible to do it but I don’t know what adapter to use.
thanks
There may be some adapter made by Draper you can use
The issue will be 1) no aperture in the spotting scope (exposure will have to be controlled using the shutter speed only) and 2) the spotting scope is NOT an apochromatic lens (APO), so you may get some colour fringing, especially at the edges of your images
