How does the tripod when a Nikon D5000 LCD screen says "dark matter"?
Besides increasing the ISO, how tripod helps in this case? Thank you!
I am assuming that there is insufficient light for the autofocus to acquire a lock. The only way to avoid this is to manual focus (if you can see quite well). Then the camera selects a slow shutter speed when a tripod will be necessary to set the camera, although the issue still can move.
