Would this work on a Nikon lens D5000?

If the lens is AF-S (these are lens focusing motor built into the lens) then it will autofocus with the D5000. Increased need for an AF camera body with a focus motor. Almost all Nikkor work with that camera. Most of the lens in the bond are manual focus lens of age. Yes they will work with the D5000 but no meter or auto focus (obviously) with it.
