I am interested in buying the Nikon Coolpix P5000.?
It is a 10.1 megapixels, and some people think it is too. I was wondering if anyone has that camera. If so, what do you think about it?
I have no P5000, but if you put that camera next to my Coolpix 5400, which would have a hard time apart. "They" say that only about 6-7 PM exceeds the capacity of a point and shoot the target to resolve the image. I do not know if this is really true or not. I recently bought a Canon SD900, which Apocket size 10 MP P & S camera, and I am delighted with the picture quality. The only "disadvantage" could be that you end up with a lot of large files that have storage space, but buying a 1 GB or 2 GB memory card will not be a problem. To me, there are many advantages of having 10 million pixels for image editting work, I really do not see a downside.
