How to shoot an action film on a Nikon Coolpix 6000?

I have this camera a week ago and played around with it. And yet I can not find a way to make an action shoot with this camera. Anyone know? Thanks, but still a little blurry. I guess I need to work in my technique. Any suggestions? lol

applicable theory. These point and shoots are limited by small sensors. This makes it very, very difficult for the camera to collect enough light for fast shutter speeds, resulting in a strong action film. In order to obtain a strong / clear action picture, there are some things to remember 1. a shutter to freeze the action (if that's what you want) 2. enough light for that shutter speed. Wheter it be flash, wide aperture or light environment. Tip: If you are relatively close to the subject, also turn the flash. Add a little of light on the subject. Otherwise, they are limited to what the camera can do. It is still ideal for photos and landscapes. Tip # 2: Taking action to achieve the frame. Using this technique you can get some pics relatively strong, while action produces an effect very cool. Assuming that the subject moves from one side of the screen to another, ie, keeping the flat camera, the camera can track the subject as it moves. The camera takes a picture of the subject relatively strong but the background is all blurry, as he walked away into the distance. There are plenty of youtube tutorials for this technique.
