My digital camera takes too long to start?
Nikon Coolpix 6MP camera.When I switch on the screen i go on, but nothing works.after 5 minutes red light flashes and the screen goes off.then ia what I usually do is remove the batteries and put them in again.the when I press the power button to start immediately and can take pictures.This problem comes back if you turn off for long as I can fix a few hours.how. I do not think it's the batteries.Even when using brand new batteries is the same.
Rechargeable batteries have a shelf life. It is likely that yours is / are too old and does not load properly anymore. Buy a new one.
