Why keep my Nikon Coolpix P50 to a "lens error" message when you turn it on?
I have had many problems with this camera! It takes great photos, but I seem to always have failures like this. Now the lens is extended, and will not retract when off. Every time you turn, acts normal for a second, then blinks the target "error" screen. Anyone know more about these cameras? And yes, I keep in a box forever, and the lens appears clean. It is perfect, and I only bought it about six months ago.
