Is the Nikon Coolpix S230 digital camera has a selective coloring effect?

I am looking for a good digital camera to buy and I was thinking Nikon Coolpix S230 buy, but what I found online, I can not tell if you have the selective coloring effect or not. (Where you can choose a color and the rest of the image in black and white) want to know if this camera has this effect before buying. How do you know if you do?

I think only the cameras that Canon has effect color.
