HELLPPP PLEASSEEE camera problems!?

Well at least a couple or weeks i bout a Nikon Coolpix S550 camera has 5x optical zoom and 10 mgpx i also bought a memory card 4GB SDHC sandsik well the first time you put in it worked perfectly and one day after charge the battery in my I took my memory card and put it on bak when he took charge but now every time I put it in the usual camera let me take pictures and says "This card can not be used" How I can fix this?? Type that makes me think that blocked the switch memory protection, you should not have to remove the memory card to charge the batteries either, check the lock memory card.
