Mini tripod for camera with telephoto lens?
I have a nikon d40x and use a Nikkor 70-300mm. I need a mini tripod that can hold the camera and lens. The two I've tried so far have broken under the pressure. I will travel and can not carry a tripod. I need a mini to fit in my camera bag. Any suggestions?
Mini tripods were never designed to keep 2 pounds more than the camera and lens. If you buy a good sturdy monopod, can place it in your luggage with your camera and laptop.
