Should I buy the Nikon or Canon D5100 T3i?
I'll buy a new system and looking for something beyond the range of integer D3000/T3. I would like 60D or a D7000 but my budget will focus on a bit too much for the lenses you need. I will use for a variety of sports and portraits. Need under noise level. I felt like it was a feeling T3i little plasticy and I know I can get the cheapest D5100, but I do not want to tell because of that. Opinions?
Both cameras have a pretty good burst rate. D5100: 4 T3i FPS: 3.7 fps (almost no difference) The Nikon is definitely better noise handling, so if you have an urgent need for performance and low noise level is a lot of shooting in low light, I say go with the Nikon. Portraits depends more on the lens camera so the camera is perfectly fine for portraits. Now the answer you hear a lot is "it depends", it does. Both cameras have placements completely different button, go to buy the best, or any local camera store and test both the cameras and see which one feels easier operate. The on / off switch is right at the Nikon shutter button, so it may be convenient for you. The dial to the Canon is at the tip of the finger index, while Nikon's right thumb, is not necessarily better than the other depends only on you feels easier to use. Again, since whether the camera is okay. Good luck with the election, hope this helped! :]
