Of the three D5000. It is almost D90, which is higher than the three listed here. D60 D90 D5000 is the case. The body is not as robust as D90, and the prism is replaced by the mirror. If you do not get high-speed photography for now (D5000 does 4.5 fps), D5000 would the way to go IMO.
