Is now a good time to buy a Nikon D90?
I recently sold my Olympus E-520 with dual lens kit. I'm looking to switch to Nikon and I am interested the Nikon D90. It is now a good time to buy, since its been out for over a year and there are rumors of a D4000 and D7000, as may be announced next year?
Your investment is in the lenses you buy, not the body. The lenses retain their value, but the body will be depreciated in value and become obsolete relatively quickly. The D90 is a fine camera and the new Nikon may be announced soon, probably in the 21 LDCs February … but will not come for a while.
