I'm an amateur photographer and am looking for a camera that does the following: 1) Take good zoom pictures (such as photos of flowers, etc, plus crisp detail.) 2) Good battery life 3) Is it portable enough 4) Take quality pictures with good manners contained by both day and night. Until now reduced to: 1) TZ3S Panasonic Lumix 2) Canon Powershot SX100IS 3) Sony Cybershot H10 I I'm leaning towards the Canon one because it is cheaper and I hear good things about it. My question is, am I looking for the right thing? I hold a lot of pictures of the inside flowers (petals, etc), so it is inevitable that go crisp and pleasant. So I thought to get a camera with a high zoom would be nice. But zoom is the element to be considered? Or do you need a special lens to ensure every detail of flowers? Please accomplices!

Camera shutter speed of sound …?
Okay so I'm a bit confused about this right immediately. If i decrease the shutter speed 20 seconds or any amount of time in reality, how translation exposure? Because on camera, GE A730, if I [>> menu manual shutter speeds] go to a screen that says "long exposure period" and I can choose + 1.20 seconds [I own now 20 years of right]. Does that mean that at that speed I can appropriate images of things like leaky hose down, and I will show drops individual? Any help is appreciated.

Ok my camera has photos I want on the team and I like a laptop, and I'm trying to put them in the computer.But I connect to the computer and then I turn on the camera and progress to the control panel and then move to the cameras and scanners … and then click on the thing that appears saying my camera and the next thing trys to get pictures of the camera but then pop up wise saying "Can not detect camera or scanner, please make sure Content plugged it right and turn to the camera. Camera / SD card acting up?
I just realized that when I try to download the videos that are longer than a couple of minutes to my computer in my SD card, no longer download the video. never did this before and has just started to happen. it is as if the video does not read long in the card. also when I put the card back into the camera, everything is there. card is fairly new, so do not ponder what could be the problem.

Camrea problems?
camrea my visor has a total of black when I turn it on. Going to pretend I can still see the options menu, but when i progress to take a picture of the visor is black. I did it once and then drop the bill went black. So I can fix myself be broken?

Can a non-SLR camera, professional digital photographs Filch level?
I do not I'm trying to be a professional photographer. I wallow in photography. But if for some reason to be, I can think of a nick really big picture, I would like to have a resolution and good image level sufficient to present a contest or even mart. I am not a photographer or anything, so I do not need something that 30-megapixel "I am looking to embezzle photos of friends and places that I inherited and show my friends.
