Nikon FE is a manual camera?

I need a manual 35mm camera. I found the Nikon FE is but Im not sure if your manual.

Nikon FE is a film camera. Wear glasses that need to manually focus before taking the picture. Therefore, it is a "manual focus" of the camera. No an automatic mode whereby the shutter speed automatically set as determined by the exposure setting you selected and the amount of light entering the chamber, measured by the camera light meters.
