Nikon D300 – Compatible lens w / AF Nikkor 35-70mm?
Furthermore, when the camera activates the manual mode, the "quota" error message appears. How I can fix this? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
1) Yes, the objective is supported, but with a field 1.5x multiplier vision. So the lens becomes a lens of 105 mm to 52.5 in terms of what U see in the viewfinder. 2) When U put this lens on the D300 (or any modern Nikon AF), U need to put the lens aperture setting lower. This will disappear FEE. I think it is f/22 (the opening number color is your goal) 3) In manual mode the D300, do not aim at the lowest position. Instead, the opening is controlled by the control wheel the D300. In the manual, one wheel controls the shutter speed, the other wheel controls the opening. In the old days, amending the opening in the objective now is done in the camera.
