Best Amateur Nikon D90 lens for travel and normal use?
I have been using 35mm SLR for some years now, but want to upgrade to a digital SLR a trip to Europe. I picked up the D90 mostly because he wanted control and was the huuuuge HD video for me. Anyway, I am hesitant to buy the 105mm lens kit-18 comes with … So I wondered, what goal (s) would be best for the shot in my summer trip? Mainly, the buildings, statues, friends .. (And if you think you can recommend something better, or if you should get a camera down please tell me) Thanks!
Just wanted to ask what the others not mentioned. Is your Nikon 35mm SLR or a different brand? If this is all your current lenses will work on the D90. If not a Nikon may be better buy the same brand they currently have. The lenses are expensive and are not interchangeable between brands. If you have a Canon 35 mm can be obtained either the Rebel or the 5D MKII T1i if you really want the video. If you have any other brands that are out of luck in the video feature. Pentax lenses work with the new Pentax cameras and autofocus lenses Minolta will work with the new Sony cameras. Just wanted to say this to you.
