Photographers ….. Focus ….? Correction
So I messed HIGH LEVEL. i shot about 50 photos on my Nikon D80 with my 12-24mm lens, set manual focus, with the focus ring around 6ft away with most of my songs in about 8 feet away or more. most of my photos are just slightly out of focus. My question is, can be corrected with the software? I have no ability to reshoot any of this material, but I have to use for a project. So to HELP! What I can do besides check my approach in the future? if it helps to know, I shot in RAW + JPEG / fine so you have RAW files, if it makes a difference. And I tried to use the sharpen filter in photoshop last night, with unspectacular results.
While RAW collects all the information that was in the sensor, it can not correct the images out of focus. Try DXO software .. http://www.dxo.com/intl/photo can help I guess this will never happen again.
