Nikon D90 – Lens Kit 18 55mm autofocus question.?
No biggie, but I noticed this …. I frame the shot, press the shutter button lightly, the focus in the Viewer presents (?), AF lock, I take the photo, and when you release the shutter button of the lens seems to fall / relax below the point original focus again (?) (but still in focus). Im guessing this is normal as the autofocus is in action, but I've never seen before in my old camera? Im using the D90 with kit lens 55mm-18 located in autofocus mode with manual settings. Thanks for your comments.
It is the VR (Reduction vibration) acting. Mount the camera on a tripod, VR off and then see if it happens again.
