The camera would be best for video quality vloging, wise?

I have two cameras, a Nikon Coolpix S9 6.4 zoom Nikkor 19.2mm 1:3.5-4.3 ED A Polaroid i630, 5.95-17.14 F2.8-4.8 What has a better video capture based on the above information. Both are fairly new.

Both are more or less the same. Both records video at 640×480 (1280×720 is officially HD) so I would try both cameras to see the colors of witches that, as best sound and the witch do you think is better quality.
