I know nothing about cameras, can you help?
Hi, I've been thinking about buying a decent, good camera and I'm a bit on the picture – only I need to know what would be the best camera to get started? I can see that there are all kinds of them, such as point and shoot d / s slr – What is the difference b / w it? And I also looked at the Nikon Coolpix P6000 and I wonder should I get? Thanks for your support:)
Point and shoot cameras are cheap, easy to use, lightweight, and efficient for most common shooting situations. More expensive digital SLR, you can be more complex to use, heavier, and excel under marginal conditions such as light and fast action low. DSLR images will be of better quality than point and shoots. However, as a photographer beginners will have no reason to complain about the quality from a point and shoot. They are very good, but not good enough to be published in National Geographic. If I was in his position having little knowledge or experience with photography, I would get a point and shoot. DP Review has an excellent report on low cost here: http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/Q408budgetgroup/ Once you have your camera, take courses, read books, subscribe to a magazine photos, participate in a online forum that offers critiques of the images you upload and offers courses.
