Why I can not see the pictures on my memory card when it is in my camera, but when I can put it on my computer?
I have a Nikon Coolpix P90 and I was transferring photos from my laptop on my memory card to have them in my camera, but when I put the memory card in my camera I can not see them. says' no images found ", but when I put it on my computer could see all of them. How I can get it to appear on my camera? not because I do not think its the camera because I tried to put the memory card on my Casio camera and says "no files found'…? Pooky-so if i can still see them in my camera I can carry it like Costco or whatever it takes to print them and still print?
Ignore the first response with all thumbs down. There is nothing wrong with the camera. As others have said, you're trying to do something for which is NOT designed to do. There is a visualization Photo, a device that you can dump photos from your computer to view, even if the photos came while the chamber itself. If you want to know how to get the shots again a memory card so the camera can read, this is how you do: You must be sure the exact name and photos as they are made for the camera and proper sequence. So say, for example, the camera tag a photo as such: IMG_7657.jpg To refresh the picture on the card, you will have to number in the computer as such: IMG_7658.jpg Your name and new photo number should start higher than the last photo was appointed by the camera. You also have to insert the picture in the same folder on the memory card from which it comes. In other words, the first time you download photos from card to computer, a folder should open containing photos. We say it is the folder number 146. When the load of new photos from the computer card, along with the naming and numbering of the photo correctly also have to put the picture back into the folder number 146. Only I have to say …. WHY …. to this? Put the photos in a photo viewer or a flash drive or CD. steve
