Nikon P90 has better technical specifications in general. as the optical zoom (24x vs 20x), larger LCD (3.0 "vs. 2.5"), less weight (16.2 oz vs 19.8 oz), a better opening of the lens (f/2.8-5.0 f/2.8-5.7 vs ) better ISO range (64-6400 vs. 80-1600), and the price ($ 335.95 vs 381.87 dollars). The only specification that the Canon is better is video (1280 x 720 vs 640 x 480 for P90). You can not really go wrong with either camera – your choice.
