What chance of Nikon? PLEASE HELP!?

Hello, I have a Savage .22 rifle and want to buy a better scope. I want to replace my Tasco 4X15 with a nice and clear scope.What Nikon is a very good scope for around $ 90? 4X32 and is good for a .22, I'm using for a long time practice target range. Nikon 3-7×32 will work and can give a little accuracy over 100yds. The 4x is usually good, but if you spend a few dollars more would be sufficient. Clarity is important …. some cheap areas glass bottle with China emerging as mentioned above will be less clear 9x a 4x Nikon.
