How do I open Nikon RAW photos in Photoshop CS3? PLEASE HELP!?

I downloaded the codec from Nikon, but can not open photos in Photoshop CS 3. PLEASE HELP!

If you just download the codec, exit and relaunch Photoshop. This should do the trick. If that fails do some research where the folder where you installed the codecs and make sure it installed correctly.
