Read the page Nikon apparently not. The MC-DC1 Remote Cord has a lock, but is not compatible with the D90. The MC-DC2 Remote Cord appears an accessory for the D90 but there are signs that hang like the MC-DC1. Call 1-800-645-6689 and ask if the locks Nikon MC-DC2.
