Nikon Coolpix S203 in flash …. / Off …. help?

I have a Nikon Coolpix S203 Red and the flash is off. I need to and because I am such an idiot with technology …. I can not find a way to turn. Please help. If you do not have one or have not used one, do not be an idiot and say "press the flash button Durr" because they do not have one. thanks!

There are specific instructions in the user manual that tells you how to use each of the flash options. Auto reduction red eye, always on and always off modes Look for a button that has a beam or in or adjacent to it.
