Why is my new camera (Nikon Coolpix S230) makeing my red face in the photos, I'm black. and the photos are grainy?

I'm so stinky right Now caz got mad yesterday, and when I take a picture of myself My face is red. and I am black. and the photos I take are grainy.

Watch the Coolpix Mikon not the best bit get.The megapixel camera resolution is real low thus making the grainy photos.
