Nikon D40 for astrophotography?
I'm looking to get into astrophotography and I would like a digital SLR camera that is good both for planetary and deep sky images. I found a Nikon D40 that can give and wanted to know how well it would work. Not bad for entry level astrophotography. I do not think it a good choice for those objects however deep space. 6 mega-pixels is quite low, although its sensitivity is not so bad.
