under the photograph of the surface water …..?
ok … a friend of mine saw a picture of a woman in a large swimming pool dressed in a large (low water caused the fan dressed to give a very good effect) … but the woman was under water so the surface could not see the edges of the pool ….. now that she saw … she wants to take pictures of her like that … I told him I would if I could … i cannot find an underwater housing for the camera though … (Nikon N55 / D50) … so if you know of a manufacturer that helps … or another way to make the shot … I thought about over the waves would get it … the tip of the lens in the water … but thats a bit to riskey for my style … or if I shot from the outside of a dunk tank … All ideas and advice would wondrful … or if you think its impossible … Let me know … thanks
Try the art of glass-bottom boat. Build a box with four sides and a glass bottom. Size does not matter much, as long as you have room to work, but I think bigger is better. Make joints watertight and float on the water surface. Then you can put your camera against the background of glass to take their photos. If necessary, you can cover your head and the camera with a dark cloth to keep the sky light reflected off the glass.
