First of all, why do you want to buy lenses that cost as much as they do on eBay? The lens in the first link, 70-200mm f/2.8 VR can be found here: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/274780-USA/Nikon_2139_70_200mm_f_2_8D_VR_G_AFS.html and that's $ 200 cheaper (including shipping). The lens on the second link is the same as the first version only without f/2.8D VR.
