Vs Olympus. Canon vs. Nikon?
If I had to choose between a Canon or Nikon or Olympus digital camera for the "home" use and if (for the reason discussion) the prices of the three were the same, what would be the best brand to buy? how many mega pixels (s) of the cam should be? thanks, greetings and season greetings! R Vick
I like the Canon brand. They work well, make sense to me, and have a great service. Years ago, an old photographer told me that Minolta made the best camera bodies, Nikon makes the best lenses, and Canon was the best compromise. Olympus, in my experience, there is a set of leading brands such as Nikon or Canon. I've said it before, but choosing a brand of the camera is like choosing a pair of underwear. Get what you like, making you feel comfortable. There are few people they are a little anxious that each digital SLR. They are great cameras, but the price of them, their level of complexity, and weight make it less than ideal for a lot of people.
