D300 lighting equiptment??
OK so I have a Nikon D300 and am looking to get a lighting kit / flash kit for when you Pictures do i need a full kit, a screen, umbrella lights. Can anyone suggest something? and where to look! im in the UK. Oh and another thing was be looking at getting a wireless infrared or plug in the d300 for connecting to the lights? Expect more help 10 points

Many photographers are jumping the lights and go with standard studio flash units from the camera. In his case, the SB-800, 600, or if you are independently wealthy, the new SB-900 is. A set if three or four less than a set of studio lights, have more than enough power for most applications are small so hideable within of a scene, and are wonderfully portable for outdoor settings. The only downside is that you will not have the luxury of a modeling light, but that is not so important as some believe.
