Flash Nikon Question about wireless?

I have a Nikon D80 camera and SB 800 Flash. I got only the SB 80DX Flash. I was wondering if both the flash are compatible to work together as a wireless flash. One is the main, and a slave? If so, what would be the master and what is the slave? Also, is there anything else I would need to work? Thanks for any help in this matter.

The D80 flash can be used as a flash SB800 Master and slave can be used not to know about SB80x. This video may help. http://static.nikonusa.com/speedlight_demo/index.html
