How to transfer video and sound recordings of Nikon Coolpix P80 to the computer?

I want to transfer videos and recordings of my Coolpix P80 camera to a computer. I read the manual and found nothing in it, just told me how to transfer images. Can I transfer the videos?

if this is a video camera sets the transfer as pctures do. if it is a digital video camera you must use a FireWire and USB connection for video to still images
