Pentax Nikon or Canon DSLR?

I own a Pentax K-10D for about 1.5 years and it was stolen last week. So I am in the market a new one. I am looking for a digital SLR capable of video. The only release is the Pentax K-7. I await the updated D300s/D400 Nikon 60D or Canon. Both of which is rumored. Not seen very hot ',' rumors though. So my question is (a) Canon or Nikon, that (b) is awaiting a Canon or Nikon worth the wait or should I go for K-7? Most people, whether for Canon or Nikon … Yes D90, D5000 and TI1, 5DMk II are there with the video, but are lower than the K-7 or well above (for 5DMk II)

How much invested in the lenses? Do you intend to remain in the picture professional? If you do not have much invested in glass (or all got stolen) or plans to enter the core of the real picture, I would switch to any of Canon or Nikon. However, the Pentax has a lot to them, and I do not see it as a bad option, especially since you are familiar with the system. Besides, I think is fun take good pictures with the brand team OFF.
