best nikon coolpix camera?
I’m looking for a good nikon coolpix. I would love to have a D90, but being a student I can’t afford a D90 and lenses. I have been looking at older refurbished or used coolpix cameras and I’m considering one of them. But I’m also looking at the new P100 and P7000. I would like to stay below $350 though. Some others I’ve looked at are the P90, the P5000, S10, and 8800. I would really appreciate it if someone could research these and tell me what the best option would be. Thanks.
How can we do your research for you and tell you what the best option would be for YOU, when we know nothing about you?
You didn’t tell us what your interests are, what sort of photography you want to do. You told us nothing about your skill level nor your expectations.
Obviously the one with the most features (which will probably also be the most expensive one) will give you the most options.
By the way…… eventually you really need to learn a bit about photography anyway, otherwise you’ll be forever stuck on Auto and at the mercy of a camera, taking so-so snapshots. NOW would be a very good time to start learning – you’ll make a much better buying decisions, and you’ll take better photos.
