How I can edit videos taken with the camera to put online?

I have a digital camera, Nikon COOLPIX S560. I know exactly how to upload videos to my computer, but I'm just not sure how to edit them. Is there some kind of software do I need to get or install? If so where I can get it? I have a PC (Windows XP) and was not built in web cam. How I can edit videos shot on my Nikon? Please help:)

Go to Start, then select All Programs, Windows Movie Maker can edit your videos. If you do not support videos, you can convert videos to MPEG-2 and then try. This is the best and easy to edit video.
