Nikon D90 or D3000 for beginners?
This will be my first digital SLR and want to be able to grow with me. I mostly going to take pictures of my daughter and things outside, landscape, water, trees, animals .. but my point and shoot just is not cutting more. I would like to be in control of my camera. I was told that my pictures are really good or just average, and I think if I have more control and then I'll have more REALLY good pictures (I hope anyway haha). So I go with the d90 or D3000? It does not matter to me with video recording capabilities. Thanks I'll be taking a photography class at the community college this summer, if I go I like photography. I like going to art school and learn more, but first I want to start at the community college to ensure who want to invest the money in an art school.
If you buy the D3000 still have money left for an additional lens. A lens will open up more possibilities – That will make you see things from a different perspective. Camera lenses last longer. Even if you buy another Nikon later, you will still be able to use your objective. I see you decided on a Nikon, but there is another good digital SLR too. Be sure this is what you want.
