Digital camera help!?

I had a Casio Exilim EX-Z75 that just broke a few days (do not know what happened, the lens has jammed only) do you think is easier to get it fixed or just get a new one: If I have to get a new one that I have a few options for Canon Powershot Canon PowerShot SD870 SD750 Nikon Coolpix S600 Olympus Stylus 1010 Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W90, does anyone know anything about it? the main thing I want is clear and sharp images. thanks!

Kodak EasyShare M863 takes pictures in high definition so that images always come to look really good.
