Tamron 18-250 or 18-270?
Well, if you can not say I'm new to photography, I'm getting a Nikon D90 and now im going to need a lens and not know which of these Tamron AF 18-250mm F/3.5-6.3 XR Di LD Aspherical 11 (IF) Macro Zoom Lens Built-in motor for Nikon or Tamron 18-270mm F/3.5-6.3 Di II VC LD Aspherical IF Macro for Nikon cameras that I will be doing a lot of photos of wildlife and wondered what the difference was the zoom and stuff. Im finding the 18-250 about 450 and 18-270 to be 600 and want to know is the difference 150 penalty and thank you for your time
Your calculations are slightly off. It is necessary to multiply the length focal length by 1.5. Thus, the 18-250 mm would be equivalent to 27-375 mm, 18-270 mm would become the equivalent of 27-405 mm, so the difference is only 30 mm.
