How to remove the blur when shooting with a Nikon Coolpix 8700?

I tried to adjust the camera settings, but could not well. I'm thinking of increasing the shutter speed, but only under / overexposed shots. Any advice?

Set it to sports, or set the I / V between -1 / 3 to -1
