How do I fix Nikon Coolpix s220 lens that won’t go back in?
Me and my friends was taking pictures and my camera dropped and now the lens won’t go back in, i tired pushing it back in and it didn’t work, the screen kept saying “Lens Error!” what should I do? take it to Walmart?
Throw it away and buy another. Why take it to Walmart? ‘Excuse me, but I bought this camera from here and I broke it through abuse. Can I have a new one, please?’ isn’t going to get you very far.
Trying to push it back in has just made it worse.
Nikon won’t touch it unless you pay for the damage you did. That will probably cost as much as the camera is worth but they might just have a one-price type policy. Call Nikon:
